Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and promotional items that were included in the box.

  Ship the Item

  Label your package with the provided RMA number and ship it back to our Sydney warehouse via a trackable and insured courier service.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 3 to 5 business days.
